Victorian Garden Rose & Chamomile Toner (Dry Skin)

Freshen and hydrate the skin with this favourite Victorian Spritzer lotion. Our toners are all alcohol free and designed to awaken, revitalise and cool the skin. Sprayed onto the skin’s surface and allowed to dry, they act as a pre-moisturizer and balance the skin’s pH. Rose and Chamomile, high in vitamins and nutrients, provides a fresh nutritional tonic for a dry skin.

Directions: Spray directly onto the face and neck after cleansing. Alternatively, spray onto cotton wool and gently wipe over face and neck. Can be used as often as required to refresh the skin.
